I bought it because I had someone let me try some and it was one of the best pre workouts I’ve had. It helps me with my focus and giving me energy while I work out. I really liked the flavor and taste of the powder. It wasn’t chalky like some pre workouts and it mixed really well. It gives me just the right amount energy and doesn’t make me itch my skin off.
