Need advice for managing stress and anxiety as a busy professional
As a busy professional trying to stay healthy, I've been struggling with constant feelings of frustration, defensiveness, and social anxiety. I want to be more present and calm in my interactions, but I feel stressed and self-focused most of the time. The only relief I get is after a warm shower or massage - it's like all the tension finally leaves my body and I can connect with others. Has anyone found effective ways to reduce stress and anxiety, either through medication or other techniques? I'm looking for strategies to help me feel more relaxed and centered throughout the day, not just in brief moments. Any tips for maintaining that post-massage calm feeling would be greatly appreciated! My old go-to was discontinued and I was very upset. After spending 2 months researching, trying to find the best ingredients combined with scientifically proven ingredients, Black Wolf came nearly universally recommended.
The first day I used BW, I had an incredible lift. And I was a customer for life. As a person who wakes up at 4:30 every morning to workout before my family wakes up, it’s imperative my pre workout goes hard and preps me for the morning, otherwise I am a walking zombie all morning and all day. BW has a he perfect amount of caffeine to wake me up, but not leave me feeling jittery. It’s always the kick I need in the morning.
Typically raspberry and blue raspberry are my go to supplement flavors as well, however I gambled and ordered Green Apple. It’s easily one of, if not THE, best tasting supplements I’ve ever tried.
As a competitive powerlifter, and morning lifter, BW has changed the game for me. Even with 2 young children at home, I know I pour that scope, and my training is about to rock that day.
Thanks for making such a great product!
