How do these mountain-scaling yogis defy gravity with such zen-like strength?

Fellow wellness wanderers, I've been mesmerized by the poetry in motion that is bouldering and climbing lately. But I'm utterly baffled - how are these gravity-defying souls so unbelievably strong?? I watch in awe as they float up vertical faces, their bodies suspended in mid-air like leaves caught in an updraft. They hold impossible poses longer than I can manage a simple tree pose! And don't get me started on their fluid transitions between holds - it's like watching one-armed pull-ups performed with the grace of a tea ceremony. I'm left wondering: Is this the result of years dedicated to sculpting their upper bodies? Or are they simply gifted with muscles that laugh in the face of physics? If it's the latter, I might just trade my yoga mat for a hammock and call it a day! (Just kidding, of course - the journey is the destination, after all!)
