Does summer sun exposure provide enough Vitamin D for winter?
Hey everyone! I'm wondering if the Vitamin D I build up from being outdoors and active during the summer months carries over into winter. I love hiking, swimming, and just relaxing in the sun when it's warm out. But during the colder months, I tend to spend a lot more time indoors. Does my body store enough Vitamin D from summer sun exposure to last through winter? Or should I be looking into supplements? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
