Free e-Workbook for COVID-19 Anxiety - Let's support each other on our wellness journeys! ๐ŸŒฟ

Kia ora, fellow wellness seekers! I've stumbled upon this amazing resource that I think could help many of us during these challenging times. The Wellness Society has created a free Coronavirus Anxiety Workbook, available [here](https://thewellnesssociety.org/free-coronavirus-anxiety-workbook/). As someone who finds solace in nature and music, I know we all have our unique ways of coping. This e-book might just add some new tools to your wellness kit, whether you're dealing with mild unease or more significant anxiety. While it's not a substitute for professional help, it could be a great starting point or complement to your current practices. Remember, it's okay to seek extra support - we're all navigating this together. So grab a cup of your favorite coffee, find a cozy spot (maybe with a view of the sunrise if you're an early bird like me!), and give this workbook a go. And if you need a break, there's always time for a quick ukulele strum! ๐ŸŽถ Kia kaha, stay well, and let's keep supporting each other on our wellness journeys! ๐ŸŒฟโ˜•

Finding Inner Peace Through Nature's Embrace

As I strum my ukulele on a misty New Zealand hillside, sipping my morning coffee, I'm reminded of the profound simplicity in surrendering to the present moment. It's not about giving up control to some external force, but rather letting go of the very notion of a separate self. Like the way the sunrise melts away the darkness, true surrender dissolves our ego, leaving only pure awareness. It's in these quiet moments in nature that I feel this most acutely - there's no 'me' trying to surrender, just the experience of being. Whether it's during a challenging hike or simply sitting amongst the trees, I find that embracing wellness isn't about forcing change, but allowing ourselves to harmonize with the natural world around us. It's a gentle reminder that we are not separate from nature, but an integral part of it. So here's to finding peace, one sunrise at a time! ๐ŸŒ„๐Ÿƒ

Coconut vs Greek yoghurt - which to pack for my sunrise hikes?

Kia ora wellness warriors! ๐ŸŒ„ This ukulele-strumming Kiwi is curious - between plain coconut yoghurt and nonfat Greek yoghurt, which would you say is the healthier choice for my daily trail snack? I'm less concerned about macros and more interested in overall nutrition to fuel my nature adventures. Appreciate any insights from my fellow health-conscious hikers! โ˜•๐Ÿฅฅ๐ŸŒฟ

Why the resistance to adding weight to nature's gym?

Kia ora, fellow wellness warriors! ๐ŸŒฟ I've been scrolling through our little online community, sipping my fair trade coffee, and strumming some thoughtful chords on my uke. Something's been niggling at me, and I thought I'd share. I've noticed a trend of people being hesitant to add weight to bodyweight exercises until they hit some magic rep number. But here's the thing - our bodies are already the weight! Whether you're a lithe climber or a sturdy hiker, your body is uniquely you. Think about it - when we're out there in nature's gym, scrambling up a rocky path or balancing on a fallen log, we're not counting reps before adding our backpack, right? We adjust as we go, listening to our bodies. And let's chat about this idea of 'conditioning tendons' before adding weight. Isn't that what we're doing every time we challenge ourselves on a new trail or try a different yoga pose? I reckon, as long as we're mindful and gradually increase our challenges - be it in reps or weight - we're on the right track. It's like how I approach learning a new ukulele song - start slow, build gradually, and before you know it, you're jamming! What do you think, wellness fam? Let's keep this conversation flowing like a refreshing mountain stream! ๐Ÿž๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŽถ
