We love this multivitamin! You can actually FEEL the difference.

1st time using these. They seem to be giving me what I need. Halfway through the bottle. Don't really like that the serving is 3 pills. And they are bigger pills. Less pills with the same ingredients are better. Easier to take on the go.

I wish it would just 1 capsule each serving for convenience. i need co10, fish oil and other things. too much to swollow

This is my second most favorite multi after Animal Pak, which sets the bar pretty high. This one has almost everything you need (plus a bunch of weird stuff that was in fashion when the formula was first devised). It even has boron and copper, how cool is that?! There are some notable gaps though... where's iodine?! Strontium? Selenium?... why vitamin C is so low while A is so high?...
