Starting a 45-day meditation challenge - wish me luck!
Hey everyone! I decided to challenge myself to 15 minutes of daily meditation for the next 45 days. I'm not sure what inspired me to try this or what I'm hoping to get out of it, but I'm giving it a shot. I have to say, it's WAY harder than I expected to sit still and clear my mind for even 15 minutes! Major props to those of you who meditate regularly. I'm finding it incredibly challenging so far. Anyway, I somehow stumbled across this wellness community while looking for meditation tips. I'm excited to be here and curious to see where this journey takes me. Any advice for a meditation newbie?
