Feeling ungrounded after partner's dishonesty. How to regain balance?

Greetings, fellow wellness seekers! 🌿 I find myself in need of some energetic realignment. My partner (33M) and I (21F) have been on quite the journey together, but lately I've been sensing some disharmony in our chakras. While we were apart visiting family, he agreed to give me a ride but then gave multiple excuses - oil change, drinking, flat tire. When I called him out, he became defensive.
