Struggling with arm pain when trying to maintain a pull-up routine
Hi everyone, I could really use some advice. I've been trying to incorporate pull-ups into my fitness routine, but I keep running into issues with arm pain and overuse injuries. A couple years ago I developed golfer's elbow which took months of rehab to recover from. Now I'm dealing with what feels like tennis elbow on the other arm. I can still do chin-ups without pain, but pull-ups are really painful right now. I try to be careful and only do pull-ups 2-3 times a week max, but injuries keep happening. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips for avoiding injuries while still progressing with pull-ups? I don't want to give up on them completely but I'm getting discouraged. Thanks in advance for any insights!Verified Customer
PS is an amazing fat burner to take to assist with those last stubborn lbs as well as burning fat. I paired mine up with strength training and cardio for the max results I was looking for, along with that my diet was on point as well. This is my second time around with this product as my weight/body-fat had started to creep back up due to slight inactivity, my training this time is somewhat the same and diet has changed a bit to a more meat based diet (Carnivore) I am looking forward to my results once again with this product. Thanks.
