At first I was on the fence about the product. Then I finally ordered it. This is my 3 1/2 weeks I am happy to say it is doing it's job. I'm sure the longer I take it the better I will be. Therefore, I will continue with the Neruo-Mag Magnesium - Threonate

Magnesium is essential for the body and our brain. I bought this product because it was well rated, including by some independent review sites. It seems to be helping me sleep, but it doesn't work miracles.
It may have been working "behind the scenes" for me but honestly I felt no noticeable change in my cognition or memory. A positive note - it did not have any side effects that I could detect, such as nausea it anything like that.
