I started PrimeShred about a month ago. I just opened my second container when I took this picture.

I bought PrimeShred because of the research I was doing on different fat burners and appetite suppressants for men and this one seemed to fit what I was looking for. All natural ingredients, made here in the US and minimal side effects.

PrimeShred has helped me in boosting energy, suppressing my appetite and helping me on my weight loss journey. Since I’ve never taken any supplements like this before, I didn’t realize the appetite suppressant feeling is making you feel full, not just removing your appetite. It was a weird experience the first couple of days, but even when I want to eat out of habit, drinking water or lightly snacking bring on a full feeling pretty quickly.

I plan on taking this product for the foreseeable future. I don’t have much weight I want to lose (20-25 lbs total) but I want to do it while maintaining a balanced diet and not crash tot he weight too quickly.
