Why am I still exhausted even when I give myself plenty of time to sleep?
Hey everyone, Lucian here. I've been struggling with my sleep lately and could use some advice. For the past month, I've been feeling drained no matter how much I sleep. Normally I need about 9-10 hours to feel rested, but lately even with 8 hours I'm completely wiped out. I've tried going to bed earlier, eliminating alarms, meditating before bed - but I still wake up around 5:30 AM feeling unrested. It's starting to impact my daily functioning - I'm having trouble concentrating while driving and doing simple tasks. I'm worried about my health and safety at this point. Has anyone experienced something similar or have suggestions on how to get more restful sleep? I'm giving my body ample opportunity to sleep but it's just not working.
