Struggling with insomnia and poor sleep quality

Hello fellow wellness seekers, I'm hoping to get some advice on dealing with chronic sleep issues. For years I've struggled to fall asleep easily, and even when I do manage to drift off, I'm an extremely light sleeper - the slightest noise wakes me up. I also frequently experience anxiety dreams and nightmares. I've tried various remedies like melatonin supplements and herbal teas, but they only seem to work for a couple hours before I'm wide awake again. Over-the-counter sleep aids help me stay asleep through the night, but leave me feeling groggy the next day. I'm concerned about becoming dependent on them. My work schedule requires me to be up early, so getting quality sleep is really important. The only thing that's truly helped in the past is indica cannabis, but that's not legally available where I live. I'd greatly appreciate any tips, recommendations or personal experiences from others who have dealt with similar sleep struggles. Thank you in advance for your help!

Ahoy ... I have used the product for well about a month.Right off the bat, I'm impressed.I procured the supplement because  its caffeine free,  to minimize muscle fatigue and enhance muscular endurance..... With this .... I sleep like a baby. It has by far improved my cognitive function and helped increase my resting energy expenditure  (REE). For those seeking a "stimulant - free" preworkout,  this one may fit the bill given it's caffeine - free. In sports nutrition, an individualized approach is required for eating and supplementation, meaning what works for one person may not for you ... Bless.
