Long-term medication use - Will I ever be able to stop?

I've been taking various medications for my mental health since 2015, including antidepressants, anti-anxiety meds, and mood stabilizers. Currently I'm on a combination of Zoloft, Wellbutrin, and Lamictal. While the medications have helped stabilize my mood and reduce anxiety, I wonder if I'll ever be able to function without them. Has anyone successfully tapered off long-term psychiatric medications? I'm concerned about potential long-term side effects and would like to eventually be medication-free if possible. Any experiences or advice would be appreciated.

My Daily Health and Longevity Routine

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my daily health and wellness routine that I've been following to try to improve my longevity and overall wellbeing: - Wake up at 6am and drink a large glass of water - 20 minutes of meditation - 30 minute jog or brisk walk outside - Healthy breakfast with eggs, avocado, and berries - Take daily supplements (multivitamin, omega-3, vitamin D) - Stand up and stretch every hour at work - Healthy lunch with lots of veggies - 10 minute afternoon meditation break - Strength training 3x per week after work - No screens 1 hour before bed - In bed by 10pm for 8 hours of sleep I've found this routine really helps me feel energized and healthy. What are some of your daily health habits? Always looking for new ideas to try!

I have been using Black Wolf preworkout for about 6months now.  I found Black Wolf through a supplement review site as I was looking for a new pre-workout and I fell in love with Black Wolf.  It makes a noticeable difference in the intensity and longevity of my workouts, allowing me to go harder for longer. Love the taste! My favorite preworkout, I’ll be buying again and again!

Plant-based saturated fats - do they work the same?

Hey everyone, I've been experimenting with my diet lately and noticed I feel a lot better when I include some saturated fat (around 20% of calories). As someone who tries to stay active and health-conscious, I'm wondering if plant-based saturated fat sources like cocoa and coconut would have the same beneficial effects as animal-based sources? Has anyone switched from an omnivorous to vegan diet and noticed differences in how they feel with saturated fat intake? Looking for experiences and thoughts on whether plant-based saturated fats function similarly in the body. Thanks in advance for any insights!

Feeling lost and alone - looking for advice

I'm John, 28 years old, and feeling really lost in life right now. I recently injured my knee while exercising, which was my main outlet besides some unhealthy addictions I've been trying to avoid. I started a glass installation business that's had some success, but even that isn't bringing me joy. I'm living with my parents, have no close friends, and haven't been in a relationship in years. I've tried going back to church but haven't connected with anyone there. I long for love and companionship but don't feel worthy. My injury has left me with too much idle time and I'm not sure what direction to take. I've considered looking for remote work but don't know where to start. Any advice or words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for listening.

What defines a 'healthy' diet? Looking for clarity on nutrition advice

As someone trying to improve my overall health and wellness, I often come across conflicting nutrition advice. For example, I've heard eggs praised as a healthy protein source, but also criticized for their fat content. How do we determine what's truly 'healthy' when it comes to diet? Is it based on individual needs? Are there universally unhealthy foods, or can most things fit into a balanced diet in moderation? I'd appreciate some insight to help make sense of all the nutrition information out there. What factors do you consider when evaluating the healthiness of different foods or dietary patterns?
