My Daily Health and Longevity Routine
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my daily health and wellness routine that I've been following to try to improve my longevity and overall wellbeing: - Wake up at 6am and drink a large glass of water - 20 minutes of meditation - 30 minute jog or brisk walk outside - Healthy breakfast with eggs, avocado, and berries - Take daily supplements (multivitamin, omega-3, vitamin D) - Stand up and stretch every hour at work - Healthy lunch with lots of veggies - 10 minute afternoon meditation break - Strength training 3x per week after work - No screens 1 hour before bed - In bed by 10pm for 8 hours of sleep I've found this routine really helps me feel energized and healthy.
