Seeking advice for health anxiety and career stress
As a health-conscious individual, I've been struggling with some ongoing issues that are impacting my wellbeing and daily life. I get anxious about even minor digestive discomfort, which then triggers more symptoms like throat tightness and nausea. This anxiety extends to situations like eating out or traveling, activities I used to enjoy. I'm also feeling stressed about my career path as I complete my degree, worrying if I'll find a good job to support myself and my family. The stress and anxiety often lead to physical symptoms, creating a frustrating cycle. I've tried things like antacids which provide some temporary relief. Has anyone dealt with similar health anxiety or career stress? I'm looking for advice on breaking this cycle and regaining my confidence. Any tips for managing digestive issues, anxiety, or career planning would be so appreciated.
Hey everyone, I've been seeing a lot of hype lately about 'black food diets' and I'm curious to get your thoughts. As someone who's always looking for new ways to improve my health and nutrition, it caught my attention. But I have some questions:
First, it seems like there aren't many naturally black foods - most would need to be colored with things like squid ink or activated charcoal. Is that accurate?
If you only ate perfectly black foods (by adding those coloring agents), would that be healthy long-term? I'm worried about getting all the necessary nutrients.
What about nutrient absorption - would the black coloring interfere with that at all?
And are black foods really as high in antioxidants as people claim?
I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience with or knowledge about this type of diet. Always trying to learn more about optimizing my nutrition! Thanks in advance for any insights.
Hi everyone, I just started taking 20mg of Latuda last night. I'm also on 25mg of Vistaril for anxiety. I'm wondering what side effects I should expect from Latuda? My doctor has me taking it every day with dinner. I'm really hoping it will help stabilize my mood and give me more energy, as I've been struggling with depression and fatigue lately. Has anyone had experience with Latuda? Did it help with depression symptoms? Any insights would be much appreciated!
