Anyone track their biomarkers while taking longevity supplements?
I've been taking NMN and Resveratrol supplements for about 9 months as part of my longevity regimen. While I feel like I have more energy overall, I'm curious if these supplements have actually improved any of my biomarkers. I'm considering getting some blood work done to check. Is now a good time to test, or should I wait longer to see potential effects? Has anyone else tracked their biomarkers while taking these kinds of supplements? At age 64, and even as a former athlete, I struggled to achieve a healthy weight. Per doctor recommendation to weight train to lose weight, started regular training 8 years ago. I made progress, yet not the success I wanted or needed to reach my healthy weight.
I researched & started mixing my own pre-workout mix of several ingredients & amounts. The results were moderate, but storing multiple ingredients, mixing them & taste were less than desirable. I tried other commercial pre-workout mixes, but ingredient amounts just weren’t getting it done. After reading about BlackWolf, I decided to give it a try.
The difference is incredible. I am able now to increase the weight/exercise, workout longer & have more energy than since my 30’s. I’m now at my lowest weight in 17 years & continuing to build muscle. Thanks to BlackWolf my healthy journey kicked into high gear!
