Longevity Supplements: NOVOS Core or Infinite Longevity Support?

Hey fellow health enthusiasts, Harold here. I've been researching longevity supplements and I'm trying to decide between NOVOS Core and AgelessRX's Infinite Longevity Support. Has anyone tried both and have a clear preference? I noticed they share some ingredients, but NOVOS has hyaluronic acid and lithium, while AgelessRX includes astaxanthin. I already take hyaluronic acid separately. The AgelessRX formula seems less detailed about specific ingredients. For example, they list CurcuWIN turmeric which has broad benefits, but don't break down amounts. I'm really curious to hear experiences or insights from others who've compared these two. Trying to optimize my supplement regimen for healthy aging!

At age 64, and even as a former athlete, I struggled to achieve a healthy weight. Per doctor recommendation to weight train to lose weight, started regular training 8 years ago. I made progress, yet not the success I wanted or needed to reach my healthy weight.

Hi everyone, I'm Harold and I've been using this health portal to improve my wellness journey. I've gotten really into bodyweight exercises lately, especially squats. I've been doing 100 regular squats every day as a warmup to boost my stamina. Now I'm wondering about adding in some harder variations to target specific muscles and promote hypertrophy. For example, I'm thinking of alternating between: Day 1: 100 regular squats + pistol squats Day 2: 100 wide squats + lunges And repeating this 7 days a week. As someone in their 50s looking to stay fit, does this seem like a good approach? Will I see muscle growth from this kind of daily squat routine with variations? Anyone track their biomarkers while taking longevity supplements?

I've been taking NMN and Resveratrol supplements for about 9 months as part of my longevity regimen. Need advice: Sleeping 10-12 hours daily after changing sleep schedule

Hi everyone, I'm Harold and I could really use some advice about my sleep issues. For the past couple months, I've been sleeping 10-12 hours every night, sometimes even up to 13 hours. This started when I tried to shift my sleep schedule earlier, from 3am-11am to 11pm-7am. I didn't even consistently keep the earlier schedule, it was only for a few days. On days I sleep more than 10 hours, I wake up feeling terrible. I've tried using alarms to wake up earlier but it hasn't worked. I'm worried this is cutting into my productive time during the day. I'm wondering if I need to just keep trying to go to sleep earlier and hope this resolves? Any tips for adjusting my schedule when I'm oversleeping so much? It's hard to fall asleep early when I have less awake time and daylight. Some other factors that may be relevant: - I recently found out I'm iron deficient and started supplements, but it's too early to know if that's related - I'm on a medication that can cause oversleeping as an initial side effect, but those side effects had gone away for me previously Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Has anyone else dealt with sudden changes in sleep needs like this?

Doubled my creatine intake - experiencing incredible mental benefits!

As someone always looking to optimize my health and wellness, I recently decided to increase my creatine supplementation from 5g to 10g daily after reading about potential cognitive benefits at higher doses. I've been taking creatine for years for fitness, but wow - within just a week of upping my dose, I've noticed a dramatic improvement in mental clarity, focus, and memory recall. It's truly remarkable how much sharper I feel. I had started taking lion's mane mushroom extract about a month ago as well, but hadn't noticed much from that.
