I decide to chose zotrim purely on a whim. I did some research online to what products would fit around my lifestyle and work. I found taking a few tablets a few minutes before I eat worked so much better for me than others you need to take 1 hour or 15 minutes before food. I never eat my meals at the same time each day so this was perfect for me.

As soon as I started taking zotrim I found I was snacking less between meals ( I am known for snacking) and after a few days I noticed my portions sizes were getting smaller and I didn’t feel the need for a pudding or even a snack.

The first week I started I took 3 tablets a few minutes before every meal and I thought I would just try to see if it works. The first week I lost 5.5lbs and I was shocked. I honestly didn’t expect to lose that much weight from the start I thought maybe it would just come off slowly. I then just carried on taking it and I have been losing between 3 and 5.5lbs weekly. It gives me a boost to want to carry on taking it and help lose the weight. That’s nearly 3st in total in just over 2 months.

I’m starting to feel a bit more body confident people are noticing the fact that I’m losing weight. I feel like I have more energy to do things . I still have a way to go with the weight loss but using zotrim has definitely given me a big boost.

Mindset shifts for healthy habits as a generally active person?

I'm looking for advice on mindset shifts that have helped others develop healthier habits, even if you're already fairly active. As someone who enjoys yoga and hiking, I have good intentions around fitness and nutrition, but struggle to consistently follow through. I often find myself snacking on sweets or skipping workouts despite wanting to improve my overall wellness. I suspect my mindset may be holding me back - perhaps not fully believing I can change or stick to new habits. What mental shifts or reframes have helped you adopt healthier behaviors around eating, exercise, etc. when you were already reasonably fit? I'm curious to hear experiences of overcoming that gap between intentions and actions when it comes to wellness goals.

Healthy additions to make my rice bowls more nutritious?

Hi everyone! As someone trying to follow a mostly plant-based diet, rice has become a staple for me. But I'm concerned I'm not getting enough nutrients just eating plain rice. What are some healthy add-ins I can mix with my rice to boost the nutritional value? I've heard beans are good - any recommendations on types of beans or other veggie additions that pair well with rice? Looking for easy, nutritious ideas to liven up my rice bowls. Thanks!
