Advice Needed: Avoiding Injuries with Calisthenics
Hi everyone, Gary here. I'm looking to get into calisthenics and bodyweight training to improve my health and fitness. I haven't worked out much before, except for some basic gym sessions during my recreational soccer league seasons. I've put together a routine to try, but I'm concerned about potential injuries. I've heard stories of people getting hurt and losing their progress, which sounds really discouraging. Does anyone have tips on proper form, warmup routines, or other ways to prevent injuries when starting out with calisthenics? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I want to make sure I'm doing this safely and effectively. Thanks in advance for your help!Verified Customer
I have been using Prime Shred for 30 days and have enjoyed the product. Unlike other fat burners that usually make me very jittery, I had minimal side effects if any. I wanted to try something new to help get rid of that stubborn fat around the midsection that I can't seem to get rid of as I get into my 40s. I definitely look more toned after the month of use, especially with continuing to lift weights. I look forward to continuing the use of the product.
