I have been using Prime Shred for 30 days and have enjoyed the product. Unlike other fat burners that usually make me very jittery, I had minimal side effects if any. I wanted to try something new to help get rid of that stubborn fat around the midsection that I can't seem to get rid of as I get into my 40s. I definitely look more toned after the month of use, especially with continuing to lift weights. I look forward to continuing the use of the product.

Why does everyone overlook the other back muscles besides lats?

As someone focused on overall health and wellness, I've noticed that discussions about back exercises tend to fixate on the latissimus dorsi muscles. But there's so much more to a strong, healthy back! When I do rowing exercises, I'm thinking about my entire posterior chain - traps, rhomboids, and erector spinae included. Sure, pull-ups are great for lats, but I've found incorporating a variety of horizontal and vertical pulls really helps develop full back strength and thickness. Lately I've been adding more back extensions and face pulls to target those often-neglected mid and upper back muscles. My physical therapist showed me how to use weight machines properly to hit all the back muscles evenly. I'm curious how others here approach balancing lat work with overall back development in their routines? What are your favorite exercises for total back health?

Counting and Self-Soothing During Meditation

Hey everyone, I've been exploring some new meditation techniques lately that I wanted to share. Before bed, I've started counting in my head until my mind wanders, then starting over at one. It's really helpful for settling my thoughts. Recently, I've also begun incorporating positive self-talk and visualization. I'll say things like 'You are safe, it's okay to feel stressed' and imagine a comforting presence guiding me. It's been surprisingly peaceful and grounding. Has anyone else tried similar approaches? I'd love to hear your experiences with counting, self-soothing, or guided imagery during meditation.
