How can I (35M) improve my health habits while living with my wife (33F)?

I want to start by saying that my wife is amazing and supportive. Everyone who meets her, including my family, loves her. That's why I'm looking for genuine ways to improve my health habits without causing resentment. My wife and I have been married for 5 years and recently moved to a new city for her job. It's been an adjustment, but overall positive. I work from home while she commutes, so I handle most of the household tasks. I do the cooking, grocery shopping, and laundry. I'm not the best cook, but I'm trying to learn healthier recipes. Lately, I've been wondering how I can take better care of my own health while managing these responsibilities. I know my wife appreciates what I do, but I feel like I'm neglecting my own wellbeing. I've gained some weight and am not as active as I used to be. I'm willing to put in more effort, but I'm not sure where to start. Should I ask my wife to take on some tasks so I have time to exercise? Or find ways to make our meals healthier? Even small things like us giving each other massages or making relaxing tea at night could help with stress. I love my wife and want us both to be healthy, but it's hard to find the right balance. What can I do to improve my habits without disrupting our routines? Any suggestions for incorporating more wellness activities into our daily lives? TLDR: I handle most household tasks while my wife works outside the home. How can I improve my own health habits without neglecting my responsibilities or causing resentment?

NADH showing more consistent results than NMN/NR for energy and cognition - what gives?

Hey everyone, I've been looking into NAD+ boosters lately to try and get more energy and mental clarity. There's so much hype around NMN and NR, but the studies seem really mixed. I came across some older research on NADH that actually looks more promising. The results for fatigue and brain function are way more consistent. Someone mentioned CD38 breaking down NMN/NR before it can get into cells. Maybe that's why the results are all over the place? NADH is already in the right form, so it might work better. I'm wondering if we're just focusing on NMN/NR because they're easier to produce. NADH used to have stability issues, but there might be better formulations now. Has anyone seen studies directly comparing these? It's hard to tell what works best when they all measure different things. Really hoping to find something that gives me a reliable boost. Let me know if you've had good results with any of these!

I am 70 years old. I have been taking Testogen for about 3 years. Almost 4 years ago I had prostate cancer and had radioactive seeds inserted into my prostate. It cured my cancer but my libido was killed also. My testosterone level was below normal and my desire for sex plummeted.  Cialis didn't even help. My wife didn't understand that it wasn't her fault.

So I began researching to find an oral supplement that helped. After being frustrated by early attempts I found Testogen. It has brought my testosterone levels back within normal range and desire returned.  I still had ED but at least I wanted to make love with my wife.  So I now take Testogen every morning and on the days of love I add cialis. It worked for me so perhaps it will for you too.

Curious about the low calorie count of berries

I've been tracking my food intake on this portal and noticed berries like raspberries and blackberries are listed as extremely low calorie, sometimes just 1-2 calories each. As someone trying to eat healthier, this seems too good to be true for how sweet and satisfying they are. Does anyone know the nutritional science behind why berries are so low calorie compared to other fruits? I'd love to understand it better so I can incorporate more berries into my diet plan.

Frustrated with slow progress after a year of consistent training

Hey everyone, David here. I've been using this health and wellness portal for about a year now to track my fitness journey. I'm 32 years old and have been following a consistent workout routine and diet plan, but I'm feeling discouraged by my lack of visible progress. I've been hitting the gym 4-5 times a week, focusing on compound lifts and progressive overload. I'm careful about my nutrition too - eating plenty of protein (around 1g per pound of body weight) and tracking my calories. I did a cutting phase from July to November last year, and have been in a bulking phase since then. But when I look at my progress photos from a year ago compared to now, I barely see any difference. My lifts have only gone up marginally - for example, my bench press has only increased from 160 lbs to 185 lbs in a whole year. That seems really low for someone who should be experiencing newbie gains. I feel like most of the weight I've gained during my bulk has just been fat rather than muscle. Am I doing something wrong? Should I have seen more significant changes by now? Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

My partner's anger is impacting my mental health - need advice

I'm struggling with my partner's frequent angry outbursts and how they're affecting my mental wellbeing. We've been together for 4 years, but in the last 2 years they've become extremely reactive to minor inconveniences, often taking it out on me verbally and sometimes physically. I've tried staying calm, using 'I' statements, and various other approaches, but nothing seems to help. They never apologize or take responsibility, instead blaming me for their reactions. I care deeply about them and want to make this work, especially as they've supported me through PTSD treatment related to my military service. However, I'm at my wit's end and could really use some advice on how to approach this situation in a healthy way. Has anyone dealt with something similar or have suggestions for resources that might help? I'm open to any input at this point. Thanks in advance for your support.
