Easy to take and seem to have more energy. Sleep well.

I've been taking Bioniq for almost a year and I love the product. Three months supply and they arrive like clockwork. Having a multivitamin that is absorbed so efficiently and replaces these mega-sized pills is a game changer.

Just started taking month 1 (2 days only) I have been travelling so wanted a clean start. Will report back probably needs a month to see how things progress.

Loved the auto update, but it arrived a little late as I was out of supplements for a couple of days
