Stomach went on a solo adventure during meditation!

Kia ora, fellow wellness warriors! This Kiwi yoga enthusiast has stumbled upon quite the zen mystery. Picture this: I'm about 20 minutes into my sunrise meditation, feeling grounded as a cup of kombucha, when suddenly - woosh! My stomach decides to embark on its own breathing exercise, expanding like I've just downed a jar of crunchy peanut butter. The kicker? I wasn't consciously doing a thing! But wait, there's more! In my next session, my eye starts twitching like it's doing the haka, and before I know it, both peepers pop open and I'm jolted out of my meditative state faster than you can say 'namaste'. Now, I'm as new to this meditation malarkey as I am to posting on wellness forums, but I'm dying to know - is this stomach expansion thing a normal pit stop on the path to enlightenment? And is my eye's impromptu dance party some kind of cosmic resistance? I'd love to hear about your experiences, or any cheeky advice you might have. Best chest exercises for a zenful workout?

Kia ora fellow wellness warriors! 🌿 This Kiwi adventurer has been on a fitness journey for a while now, but I'm feeling the need to shake things up and inject some fresh energy into my chest workouts. While I love staying active and grounded through my routine, sometimes the ol' chest press can feel as stale as day-old kombucha. 😅 I'm keen to hear about your go-to chest exercises that keep you coming back for more!
