Best chest exercises for a zenful workout?

Kia ora fellow wellness warriors! 🌿 This Kiwi adventurer has been on a fitness journey for a while now, but I'm feeling the need to shake things up and inject some fresh energy into my chest workouts. While I love staying active and grounded through my routine, sometimes the ol' chest press can feel as stale as day-old kombucha. 😅 I'm keen to hear about your go-to chest exercises that keep you coming back for more! Maybe something that makes you feel as alive as a sunrise hike? Or any other exercises that give you that post-yoga bliss? Currently, I'm working out in my apartment gym (conveniently located next to my stash of crunchy peanut butter), but I'll be joining a new gym soon to expand my horizons. Chur for your help, legends!
