Hi everyone, I've been struggling with an odd sleep issue lately. When I maintain a typical sleep schedule (bedtime around 10 PM, wake up around 7 AM), I feel exhausted during the day despite getting adequate sleep. However, when my schedule shifts to sleeping from early morning to late afternoon, I feel much more energized in the evening hours. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm concerned about the health impacts of an irregular sleep pattern, but I feel so much better when I follow my body's apparent night owl tendencies. Any advice on how to feel more energized during normal daytime hours would be greatly appreciated!
