Like the program because it fosters accountability.
Ultimately, if there is no accountability, no program works in the long term. I suggest that the whiners quit whining and own up to their inability to face that responsibility. This "I couldn't help myself" stuff is a crutch for lazy people. They need to learn than life can go on without Doritos and/or donuts!

I haven't lost any weight in 3 months, I may have gained 2 or 3 or 5 pounds. The lessons do seem good and Noom works as a good calorie counter. It's nice to have a coach to talk to. I hate they have us weighing ourself every day. Every one else says it shouldn't be more than once a week. It's exhausting logging food, but evey other health program makes you do it too. I should use the communities more (something like Facebook groups) Exercise videos and meditations are great. Parts of the program are buggy. It doesn't count steps right and I can't hook up my fitbit to Noom like I should be able to. I was unable to do the body scan. The weekly diets don't look that appealing. They don't give you a grocery list for it either, and they should for as much as you're paying for it. You have to log water 8 oz each time and can't log something like 12 oz. Noom might work for some people, and there are great aspects, but so far it is not really working for me to lose weight.
I have used this App for a few years. The last several months have been awful. The app rarely fully loads. I have to close and open multiple times a day to even access full content and add info. And again it will not connect when I open it. I have already twice had to delete and add the app. Even when had latest version. A lot to go for thru for what we pay. Support is weak at best. Also went to the About Us on the website it launches a 404 error. That is rich and the perfect example of this tech company.
