I've tried various brands and types of magnesium supplements over the past couple of years in an attempt to find one that's right for me. This one is the best! I feel calmer, sleep better, muscle cramps are alleviated, I could go on and on. All around I feel healthier. Also I like the dosage, as it gives me more control over how much or how little my body needs versus higher dose supplements.

I bought it because I read that Mg was good for you in many ways. Capsules were rather large but they went down. It claims the three difference compounds of Mg address three different needs. I’m glad it contained zero magnesium oxide because that has an undesirable laxative effect.

I like the concept of 3 forms of magnesium but the capsules are so large that they hurt getting stuck in my throat & are very uncomfortable as they slowly work their way down.
