Nature Made Super B Energy Complex Softgels

I was so happy to find these in softgels. Tablets do not stay down so all of my vitamins are softgels or capsules.

These are football-shaped soft gels, less than a half inch in length. I have difficulty swallowing most pills, but these are easy to swallow.

I have been taking the chalky version for over a year. Then i stumbled upon this version on manufacturer website after being unable to find similar supplements in the store. MUCH Better than the chalky noncoated ones that stain your tongue if you take too long to swallow them. No bitter taste or tongue staining with these softgels. I will be reordering these.. maybe even sign up for subscription repurchase.

It's a vitamin that I always take. I am glad I could get this brand which I buy it for so many years.
