It really seems like my digestion is working really well while taking this probiotic. I like the fact that its a very specific strain, since there is no doubt that this one works really well.

I wish there were more strains/variety of bacteria, but this is still a solid probiotic. I stayed regular while using this product.

These are a great probiotic choice for those who use probiotics regularly and those looking to try probiotics. Even as a lower count probitoic it worked well for me.
