These pills feel life changing for me, I'm 31 and my bones have hurt for as long as I can remember and it has just gotten worse with time i had blood work done and found out my vitamin d levels were at 16 i took different vitamin d and k and nothing made me feel a difference until I decided to try these from costco. 1 pill didn't make a difference but 2 was a life changing experience my bones don't feel like they under extreme pressure. I felt the affects the 1st day I took the 2 pills, I took 1 the next day pain was back, took 2 the 3rd day and pain was gone again I take it 1st thing in the morning. In 2015 my Doctor advised my vit D was low (17/ml). I started taking vitamin D supplements daily. In early 2024 I was hovering around 20/ml. I started taking D3 + K2 in September of 2024. My recent blood work shows my vit D to be at 66/ml. Great change in short time. Thank you

Have zero idea if this stuff works on soft tissue calcium levels. How do we know if any supplements work? Most MDs suggest the body doesn’t absorb them and it’s best to get through diet like sauerkraut. Oh well spend on.
