First bottle came with the broken seal, although Solgar even shrink wraps all the bottles in addition to strong seal inside. What is happening? Solgar tight with the money, too? Seems like its spreading across the board, many products are just bad quality for more money...
I reported this problem to Amazon and they sent another bottle free of charge, but the seal was barely glued on this one, too, but it was on. So, I took it for few days, did not feel a thing. A bunch of good vitamins change your mood, makes you feel better, not this one. Farewell Solgar.

Too much vitamin b6 can cause permanent neuropathy, this multivitamin adds much less than most others I’ve had in the past while still having a whole lot of necessary vitamins. It isn’t hard to swallow and isn’t too expensive. Good all around.
