I was losing my hair due to a medication. I have long thick curly hair and a horses tail as my pony when I blow it out , I was losing so much hair due to a medication - I stopped the meds and started these pills I have been on them Ever since! They work ladies but not a quick fix. I didn’t see an improvement right away it took 6 months to a year But it’s worth the try - you gotta be faithful ! BUT if your getting certain blood work you might hand to stop them two weeks before so check with your Dr ! It throws the numbers

Natures bounty has a vitamin for everything. When it comes to all my vitamin needs I will always choose natures bounty. Did I mention they are all very low in sugar?
