horrible product from the smell and taste and consistency of the granules.!! I requested my subscription to cancelled and was told it would be. Now months later I'm being stalked daily with Miltiple calls from all over and emails about being sent to collections. To the Bioniq team you have to do a much better job with customer service!!
Ordered once and immediately cancelled as I could not get past the smell and they made me extremely nauseous. This was almost a year ago. Just today had a derogatory report from some collections company that filed a derogatory report on my credit union for $150.00 stating that I owed them for a second shipment which I did not receive or order. Also, without a full panel of labs drawn , NO, vitamin supplement can ascertain that is is definitive supplement to meet your needs. I find this company totally disgusting throughout , from their false statements to the way they handle their business. I would not recommend

This is difficult because I really wanted Bioniq to live upto the hype. Unfortunately it did the complete opposite. Firstly a horrible way to take vitamins. They are truly disgusting. Second the product turned my urine green. I persisted but no change. Third, I genuinely felt worse. I did continue hoping that my body might take time to adjust but no. I ended up chucking the vitamins away. Next is customer service. An absolute joke! No reply to any emails. I'm very disappointed and would still like my money back as promised by Mike Thurston. I guess I should kiss goodbye to my hard earned money. Verdict... try them at your peril!
Great product, simplifying my supplement regiment. No bad taste and easier to swallow than traditional capsules. I did run out roughly a week before my next batch arrived but that’s a minor issue. Highly recommend if it’s in your budget!
I have never been able to swallow pills (esophagus issues), and I love to stay healthy and take care of my body. With bioniq vitamins being granules, I’m FINALLY able to take a good multivitamin. I’ve noticed a massive difference in my overall energy levels and my hair has never looked longer or healthier. Their costumer service is also fantastic which is always a gamble these days with so many products being pushed and available via social media etc. highly recommend!
Signed up for the trial for $53.60. Paid the trail and was surprised to being charged 78.98 monthly. Had my doctors look over the ingredients to see if this was worth it and they told me to immediately stop taking. This was over three months ago. Have been trying to cancel each month since. First was told had two more payments, then one more payment and now two more payments. This is a gimmick. Cannot get a live person. Keep getting circle response from virtual agent and then am locked into another series of payments. Have only received trial for which I am told by two doctors not take.
I love the vitamins but at times it's not convenient for me to take them with me I love now that I have the option for the pill version. I definitely have felt a difference in the way I feel and health wise its definitely worth it.
