Only Solgar brand - reduces inflammation in my body immensely. I broke my back in September and I attribute my healing so well to this curcumin. Other places that hurt aren't hurting any longer! I work with pain patients and a number of them recommended this to me - man, they are right. There's no other brand packaged properly like Solgar (brown glass). Highly recommended! Goodbye ibuprophen!
A good product but pricy
I have bought this product for years. It has never come in a capsule that you can open. The capsules are supposed to be smooth with no rough . After opening these look nothing like what the product is supposed to look like it also does not have a stay fresh packet or a cotton ball and it like it’s supposed to have some things off don’t buy.
Bought this product in the liquid form as it is much more effective than pills. and a high quality too I was afraid it would have a terrible taste but to my surprise with a little orange juice all I taste is the Orange juice. Pleasantly surprised. Purchased to add to my chemo treatment. Won't probably know if this make a difference but as long as my counts keep going down I will continue to take it.
I have a painful condition and am allergic to non steroid anti-inflammotory meds such as Advil. Tumeric didn't phase my pain, but curcumin did after about 3-4 days. (You do have to keep taking it). This brand is liquid and seems to work better for me than other curcumins. (Curcumin comes from the same plant as Tumeric but I believe it comes from the root) I do take it with a bit of food such as avacado (fat soluble I believe). Better than taking tylenol! (It does have to build up in your system though). I tried many brands and this one worked.
