Boy do these smell strongly of vinegar when you take the cap off. Potent and pungent. Surprisingly they do not taste like vinegar, though. Thank goodness as I despise the taste of vinegar. They taste pretty fruity. The gummy itself looks sort of wet and moist but it isn’t. They give the impression they should all be stuck together on the bottle – but they are not – almost dry to the touch. The gummy is pretty firm and provides a decent chew. Again, they have a very nice fruity taste – not overly sweet either – but after you chew and swallow and some time has passed, there is almost an acidic aftertaste left. Almost like you took a shot of vinegar and you can feel the acid still there – like the taste buds are telling you the vinegar is there without actually having to taste it. I hate the taste of vinegar so I had no problem with these chews at all. LOVE that they are clearly marked VEGAN!

I really like these. The sample bottle that was sent was quickly eaten and liked by almost everyone in my household including the kids.
The Apple, Raspberry, Pomegranate flavor is very unique but quite delicious. It starts out and ends tasting great. There is a slight hint of vinegar that gives is a little effervescent like quality.
The gummies are a little bit wet. They have a coating on them that will get on your hands if you dispense them into your palm. A quick rinse under the kitchen sink faucet with water rinses it off easily.
The consistency is that of a "hard jello" that isn't chewy, but isn't super soft, but not hard either. It takes a least 5 minutes to fully dissolve in your mouth if you can resists chewing it up. The flavor is thru-out the body of the gummy so it makes for a pleasant and extended experience.
The benefits of adding Apple Cider Vinegar into your diet are many. I find it helps with maintaining a good body pH, helps break down and digest meat, grease and oils better. It also helps to keep my "tummy" feeling good. I would recommend the 100 ct bottle as they seem to go quick. 2 a day is recommended. 5 stars!
Not a fan of these apple cider vinegar gummies. The flavor is pretty terrible. The vinegar flavor still overpowers the strawberry flavoring. They smell like vinegar too.
Not a fan of the texture either. While I appreciate they aren't coated in sugar, they have a slimy feel and stick together. They don't chew up very well.
Apple Cider Vinegar is believed to offer all manner of health benefits. But one downside in drinking it is that it tastes like vinegar. Which is pretty awful. When I drink it, I always mix it with juice and and hold my breath. But gummies solve that problem.
Each serving (two gummies) of Solar Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies contains 1,000 mg of Apple Cider Vinegar. That's comparable to competing brands. Primal Harvest, VitaCore, and DoFasting also have 1,000 mg per serving (two gummies). Fruily only offers 500 mg per serving (two gummies).
Solgar gummies have a strong, unpleasant scent, which is not universal, but not uncommon among the many Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies I've tried so far. Most (not all) smell unpleasant.
Each serving has 20 Calories. Primal Harvest has 10. VitaCore has 24, Fruily has 25. DoFasting has 16.
Solgar contains 4 g carbohydrates, 4 g sugar per serving. Primal Harvest contains sugar, but doesn't say how much. VitaCore has 6 g carbohydrates, 4 g sugar per serving. Fruily has 5 g carbohydrates, 4 g sugar per serving. DoFasting has 4 g carbohydrates, 2 g sugar per serving.
Solgar also contains 10 mg sodium per serving. That's no big deal, but it's odd, in that it's the only Apple Cider Vinegar gummie I've seen so far that contains sodium. This seems to be Solgar's main distinction among competing brands.
Solgar also contains some B vitamins, pomegranate powder, and beet juice powder, as do VitaCore and DoFasting. Fruily has the B vitamins, but no pomegranate or beet juice. It instead offers organic ginger extract.
I will not be purchasing these Apple Cider Vinegar gummies again. I decided to try them because I have tried a few other Solgar products and really liked them. First off, they do not come in a glass bottle like most other Solgar products. This is very important to me, because I am trying to use less plastic, but it also is misleading since mostly all of their other supplements do come in a glass bottle. Second, the taste is very off. They are OK, but not as good as some other ACV gummies I've tried. I'd honestly rather buy ACV in a capsule and have to swallow a larger pill than chew these up. Third, they are very sticky and moist; as in, they all stick together and you have to pry them apart. Also, I take multiple supplements and put all of my pills and capsules into vitamin organizers for the week. These stick to everything and some of my tablets even get a little mushy from touching these. I will not be buying these again. As for the efficacy, I have been taking ACV regularly for a while now, and I couldn't tell a difference between these and my other usual ACV, so I would say they probably work fine and are effective.
