I’d say these are about the length of a quarter. About standard size. You are suppose to take three of these a day, so keep that in mind, along with a meal. There isn’t much smell to these luckily, just an ever-so-slight chalky type smell but barely noticeable. Magnesium is a great supplement to incorporate into your diet. Most people are deficient in this particular mineral.
After taking this for a few weeks, I feel that it is a great way to get your magnesium. I never noticed any stomach upset after taking. I didn’t notice any vitamin burps (gross) and I never had any of the intestinal issues that happen when you have taken too much magnesium. I like this product.
Haven’t noticed any benefits from taking this. Not sure the expected minimum time to use this product before you experience any noticeable changes, but after three weeks I see no change to report or further investigate.
