NOW Omega-3 Fish Oil Gummy Chews

I’ve been using the Omega-3 Fish Oil Gummy Chews for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed! These gummies are not only delicious but also packed with all the benefits of Omega-3s. The taste is fantastic – sweet and fruity, without any fishy aftertaste, which was a big concern for me when I first started looking for a fish oil supplement. They’re so easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and I love that they come in gummy form instead of pills.

Tested out Now Omega-3 Plus gummies daily for the past month and it has been good. It is a fish oil concentrate, sugar-free, with citrus flavour. It is soft and easy to chew but I wasn’t very fond of the texture. I was expecting it to be more gummy like in appearance but it was more of a jello. I like the packaging too. Very convenient and not bulky.

The taste is better than the regular ones, but they are still not my favorite. However, I must admit that adding the passion fruit flavor was a fantastic idea; the texture helps for an effortless swallow. I've used them for three weeks but haven't experienced significant differences, but I will keep using them for another month.
