I use this product more frequently in cold periods and prone to colds, viruses and flu, but also whenever I feel a cold coming on. It is very effective and helpful, a product that you should always have at home. It tastes good ,great texture and great value for the money. Definitely worth it and I recommend it,reasonable packaging.
