NOW Saffron 50 mg Veg Capsules

I did not really notice a significant change in my mood or sleep, but I haven’t gotten sick while taking this so it may have the immune boosting elements.

I started taking these saffron capsules two weeks ago. I wanted to see if there will be an improvement in mood and sleep. I’m happy because I feel better overall and my sleep is quality. The pills are small tasteless peach-colored capsules that are easy to swallow.

I've tried numerous mood support supplements in the past, with minimal success, so my hopes weren't exceptionally high when I first tried taking this Saffron supplement. To my surprise, I noticed a significant improvement in the way I felt during the day when I took this as directed. It didn't improve my mood in the sense that it "made me happy" but rather when I experienced emotional disregulation, I experienced less difficulty in handling it. I make explicit reference to "when I took this as directed" because it is suggested to take one capsule twice a day; I was very good about remembering the morning dose, but could feel a significant shift in my mood midway through the day when the first dose was likely wearing off and I had not yet taken/forgotten to take the second capsule. While that aspect was minorly irritating, it did not outweigh the benefits of using the product whatsoever for me! I'm highly satisfied with these results and absolutely recommend this product!
