MuscleTech Platinum 8-Hour Protein

Great tasting protein without the artificial taste. I kind to drink it with cashew milk and pb fit. Good macros too!

I typically mix with whole milk and that made this protein super thick. I never had an issue with clumping and mixed with water made it very smooth. Flavor is good but not the best.

I’ve been taking this for a couple of days now and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. I had taken Dymatize elite casein previously and would settle roughly in my stomach, feeling bloated at night. With Phase8, Ive digested it easily at night. And most importantly with certain flavors, it tastes great!

I recently tried this out and wasnt too impressed. It does taste ok and isnt chalky, but I've had better muscletech products.

This protein surprised me by how well it mixed with water. Some proteins don’t mix well with water. I tried this in the morning as a meal replacement and was surprised how long it held me over. Normally I snack at about 10 this held me over until noon as a meal replacement. The taste is one of the best flavors I found. Will definitely be buying this protein as soon as I run out.
