I really like using this whey protein to make my shakes in the afternoons. This, combined with oat milk and PB powder makes a fantastic post-workout shake. It mixes very well, tastes great, and does not have too many calories. I would not use it as a mass builder, but if you just want a good protein for trying to get enough during the day, I would recommend this. It is the best value for your money when it comes to protein, in my opinion.
I bought this product for the reviews. Every time I drink this my stomach bloats and I have gas all dam day. You get a great amount of product, but the only reason it's 30g per scoop is because the scooper is way bigger than the normal size one in most protein powders. So you're still using more than normal to get that 30g. For the taste it does taste great.
My favorite protein. I love the cookies and cream one. It's great to add to pancakes, muffins and smoothies.
Personally, I didn't like it that much because it caused inflamation and bloating in the first few days I took it. After I adapted the formula, everything was fine, but I wouldn't buy it again.
Mixture was fairly thick at 6oz of water, so I bumped up to 9oz for a rounded scoop. Happy with the strawberry taste, minimal after taste (I chase with water)

Shakes, pancakes, pudding, hot chocolate mix-ins works great incorporated in so many things. My absolute favorite brand none of the other protein powders in store even compare in terms of taste. Don't settle for the garbage tasting ones they sell in walmart.
I'm not big on eating in the morning, so I drink this as a meal supplement during the week before work. I didn't realize how good I feel after drinking this until the weekend came and I didn't drink it. This definitely keeps me full and focused until lunch break.

I don’t take protein powder on rest days, but I try to get 5g of creatine daily, which makes tracking my intake a bit tricky. Still, I’m very happy with it. After trying another brand, I ended up coming back to this one!
Great taste, blends really well with my Ninja. Four ounces of almond milk, 1 scoop of powder, and some ice.....one minute later it tastes just like a Wendy's Frosty. Great for my weight cut.

I use this twice a day, in the morning with milk and after the excercises with water at night. Another fact to have in mind is, its noticeable the decreasing time of recovering the muscles. I use this for after workout. Add some almond milk in blender along with strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, banana, ect.... and any other fruit, Mix well, then add scoop of chocolate protein powder. Man thats a good drink :-)

This is a good whey protein because this doesnt give you the hyper feeling after taking it. It is not expensive but is almost the same as the expensive ones. I expected the taste to be a bit yucky just like the normal protein shakes but this vanilla one does not give it that taste. I would definitely buy this again.
I switched to muscletech nitro tech 100 whey gold after using Body Fortress from Wal-Mart. When I started working out 2 years ago I had no idea what I was doing and inevitably went cheap with my workout supplements. Boy, that was a mistake. But, I corrected it and switched to this amazing product that I bought from GNC.
Not only does this chocolate powder taste great even mixed with water alone, but it also gives me an feeling of alertness and energy when I use it. It's not the type of energy that keeps me awake, but it more or less takes away my sluggishness. I mix this powder with my smoothies in the morning (1 cup of frozen fruit, a cup of either yoplait light very vanilla fat free yogurt or dannon oikos triple zero vanilla, a scoop of this protein powder, and then I top it off with either silk cashewmilk or fat free milk from my local dairy farms and then blend.

One of the best tasting isolate protein in the market. And is pretty economical as well. I typically use it as my post workout drink for quick digestion. It mixes really well in water. Doesn't leave any lumps. Chocolate flavour is the best one I tried.
