Works great for my protein baking needs! I use it alone in frosting or combine with ON’s whey protein for donuts, muffins, cookies, etc.

I was expecting it to be so thick of a shake, use 12 oz instead of 8 oz (milk or water) and it’s good to drink. This flavor is delicious. It’s a bit grainy, but not too off-putting, and I have gotten used to it. I look forward to these shakes at the end of the day (instead of dessert)!

I use it to cook, make protein bread, desserts etc. i cant do whey because of insulin resistance, Casein is perfect sub.

This is one of the best tasting proteins I use. It is great for that last shake of the day. Slow digesting casein helps me recover while I sleep.
