I've been feeling really overwhelmed lately with my new job and financial responsibilities. I started a second job on top of my full-time work to help pay for a new car, and I'm spending hours trying to manage all my bills and expenses. While things are manageable, I can feel the stress taking a toll.
I'm proud that I quit vaping nicotine and cannabis over a year ago, but lately I've been having strong cravings to start again. With so little time for self-care, I find myself thinking about these unhealthy coping mechanisms more and more. I've even noticed I'm drinking more alcohol than usual.
I'm struggling to maintain a healthy mindset with all this stress. If anyone has advice on how to reset my brain's reward system and choose healthier ways to deal with stress, I would really appreciate it. I want to get back on track with my wellness goals but I'm finding it really challenging right now.
