As a busy professional trying to stay healthy, I've been struggling with constant feelings of frustration, defensiveness, and social anxiety. I want to be more present and calm in my interactions, but I feel stressed and self-focused most of the time. The only relief I get is after a warm shower or massage - it's like all the tension finally leaves my body and I can connect with others.
