How I learned to manage my stress every morning (and how it changed me)

For months, I woke up every morning feeling incredibly stressed. Not because of any major event, but due to a constant feeling of being overwhelmed. Too many things to manage, too much pressure, too much mental fatigue. And especially, no idea how to get out of it. One day, it all came to a head. I found myself in a hallway at work, completely exhausted and at my wit's end. That's when I realized something: stress doesn't just disappear on its own. You have to learn to understand it, manage it, and take back control of your life. That's when I discovered the Apple Health app on my iPhone. It really helped me structure my days and better manage my emotions. The app allowed me to learn simple and practical techniques to reduce my stress on a daily basis, and I started applying them little by little.
