Feeling stuck in my routine - time for a wellness reset?

Hey wellness warriors! I could use some advice from my fellow green smoothie enthusiasts. I'm feeling a bit stuck in my daily grind lately. My job isn't sparking joy, and the vibes are more wilted kale than fresh sprouts, if you know what I mean. I work remotely, which is great for spontaneous dance parties, but I'm craving more human connection. The past few years have been a real balancing act, and I'm feeling burnt out - not just with work, but with life in general. Even my plants seem to be giving me the side-eye! I've been considering taking some time off for a wellness reset, maybe a yoga retreat or a juggling intensive. But I'm worried that stepping away might expose how little I actually have on my plate work-wise. The whole team is in the same boat, but I don't want to rock it. What would you do, wellness fam?
