Feeling anxious about socializing - is this normal?

Hey everyone, I've noticed something about myself lately that I'm not sure how to interpret. Sometimes when friends invite me to hang out, I get this intense feeling of panic and dread, like I just can't bring myself to do it. Then I end up feeling really guilty afterwards for feeling that way. I'm generally pretty health-conscious and try to maintain good habits, but this social anxiety is new for me. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any tips for managing these feelings? I want to be social but it's becoming a real challenge. Thanks in advance for any advice!

It's totally normal to feel anxious about socializing sometimes. Try starting small with one-on-one meetups or shorter gatherings. Deep breathing exercises and positive self-talk can help manage anxiety. Remember, it's okay to take breaks when needed. Be gentle with yourself!
