My sister (21) has terrible sleep habits and it's affecting my (35) wellness

I'm really struggling with my sister's sleep habits and could use some advice. For context, my sister is staying with me temporarily due to some family issues. The problem is her chaotic sleep schedule is seriously disrupting my own rest and wellness routine. She sets multiple alarms starting as early as 9am, going off every 5 minutes, even when she doesn't need to be up until noon. Some mornings she'll get up quickly, but other days I'm woken repeatedly for hours as she sleeps through them. I've tried talking to her about it, but she just apologizes without changing anything. As someone focused on health and good sleep hygiene, this is really frustrating. I'm not getting proper rest and it's impacting my mood, energy levels, and overall wellbeing. I want to be supportive of my sister, but I also need to prioritize my own wellness. Does anyone have suggestions for addressing this sensitively? Or tips for blocking out noise/maintaining good sleep when living with others? I'm worried this is starting to damage our relationship and my health. Any advice would be so appreciated!
