As a mom of two teenagers, I've noticed a concerning trend lately. Are many teens these days completely flipping their sleep schedules by staying up all night on their phones and then struggling to stay awake in school?
I've overheard my kids talking about classmates who seem to be in a constant state of exhaustion, even napping at their desks during lessons. This seems especially prevalent during school breaks when there's less structure to their days.
