Hey everyone, I'm wondering if my current sleep schedule is okay health-wise. I wake up at 6am for my morning run, then work 8-5. After work I hit the gym for 2 hours, have dinner, then take a power nap from 8:30-10pm. I'm usually up until 1am meal prepping and planning my workouts. I follow this routine 5 days a week, with a more normal sleep schedule on weekends (bed by 11pm, up at 7am). Does this seem sustainable or am I shortchanging my sleep too much? Looking for advice from other fitness enthusiasts who have to balance intense training with work and life commitments. Thanks!

While your dedication is admirable, sleep is crucial for recovery and overall health. Try to aim for 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep nightly. Consider streamlining your routine or adjusting your schedule to prioritize rest. Your body will thank you!
