How do I stay calm and sleep when anxious about my weight loss journey?

Ever since I started my transformation with Zotrim, going from size 24 to 12, I've had trouble sleeping some nights. I get anxious thinking about maintaining my progress and serving healthy portions to my family. Any tips for calming these worries so I can rest? I know sleep is important for my continued health and happiness.
