Help with early morning work schedule!

Hey everyone, I just started a new job at the health food store and they've scheduled me for the opening shift from 5-11am. As someone who's used to staying up late, I'm really struggling to adjust my sleep schedule. I have some natural melatonin supplements, but I'm not sure when I should be taking them to wake up on time without going to bed super early. Any tips for resetting my body clock? I want to stay healthy and energized for work but also have some evening time to unwind. TIA for any advice!
