Help! My energy levels spike at night. How can I fix my sleep schedule?
Hey everyone, I'm starting a new fitness program next week and really need to get my sleep schedule under control. I've been taking some new supplements that are supposed to boost my energy, but I don't think that's the main issue.
My biggest problem is that I feel exhausted all day long, but as soon as it hits 9 PM, I suddenly get this huge burst of energy. It's making it really hard to wind down and get to sleep at a reasonable hour. Does anyone have any tips for regulating energy levels throughout the day and improving sleep habits? I'd love to hear what's worked for others!
